One of the squared off ones that old the signal on to the stalk, or one of the ones that holds the lens on? If the latter, I have one I can send you. Though I think it's a standard (metric) size. Though looking at the micro-fiche, there appears to be a self-tapping one, though I think that it incorrect.

Either way, which do you need, a self-tapping one or a pan head?

It's the one for the lens cover. If I remember right it looked like a long self tapper.

Jody Moruzzi 15885-150 main street PMB 191. Hesperia, CA.92345, sells levers. I get all of mine from him. He has an eBay store, but I don't have the name handy. He has them Black or polished alloy. (my choice) Good guy , I've bought from him for 8 years.

I think I got my brake levers from that seller last year. Quick shipping and great quality.
