Mounting Hard Luggage

I just bought these for my vision. But they don't come with racks of any kind. Does anyone have any up-close pictures, sketches or ideas of pannier mounts?

Those look exactly like the ones lucky has on his bike. He has a backrest/luggage rack with rails that go under the plastics under the seats. His bags mount to the rails and to his foot pegs (if I'm not mistaken). He has limited internet service and I think hes gone out of town for a few days but if you can wait a bit, maybe he can tell you how he did it. I also think Kevin has similar bags on his bike and may be able to help.

I think Tiger has them as well. I painted a set for him awhile back. So maybe he can throw some info in as well.
