    Rode a Ninja 250 today

Wow.. what a slow deathmachine that thing is!!! Turns like a mofo, but short geared an gutless as all heck. I felt like I had to paddle faster or something.

A girl I know needed her bike fixed. 4 years and 450 miles. Poor thing sat in the garage for 6 months under a blanket.
Replaced the battery, drained the carbs, filled the tires, gave her a shot of seafoam and a gallon of 91..
    Took about 2 hours total.

Made the girl's day.. Heck, I haven't made a girl that happy in ages!

slow little bike though.. There's no replacement for displacement.

All modern 250's are toads! The two strokes of my youth would eat them alive. 250's are learner bikes now.

    Yeah, pretty pansy.

Although it's always good to help a pretty girl in need.
